Quick answer: The full release requires Windows 10 64-bit, DirectX 11, 8 GB RAM, 2 GB of storage, and at least a GTX 1050 Ti or RX 570-class GPU.
Official PC requirements
| Component | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| OS | Windows 10 64-bit | Windows 10 64-bit |
| CPU | Intel Core i5-11600K / AMD Ryzen 5 5600X | Intel Core i5-11600K / AMD Ryzen 5 5600X |
| Memory | 8 GB RAM | 16 GB RAM |
| Graphics | NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti / AMD RX 570 | NVIDIA GTX 1650 / AMD RX 570 4 GB, RX 5500, or RX 5300 |
| DirectX | Version 11 | Version 11 |
| Storage | 2 GB available | 2 GB available |
| Sound | DirectSound-compatible card | DirectSound-compatible card |
The minimum listing also requires a 1280×768 display resolution.
How to compare your PC
Start with the exact operating-system and memory requirements, then compare the graphics processor and CPU by performance class rather than by the largest model number. A newer low-power laptop chip can behave differently from a desktop part with a similar name. If you cannot identify a component, open Windows System Information and Task Manager's Performance tabs, or use the hardware vendor's own control panel.
The listing names the same Intel and AMD processors at both tiers. The main published difference is memory and graphics: recommended rises from 8 GB to 16 GB RAM and from GTX 1050 Ti-class graphics to GTX 1650 or one of the named AMD alternatives. The store does not specify a target frame rate, quality preset, or resolution for either tier, so this guide does not invent one.
| Your situation | What to verify first |
|---|---|
| Desktop with a dedicated GPU | GPU model, available memory, Windows version, and free storage |
| Laptop with two GPUs | That the game launches on the dedicated GPU |
| Integrated graphics only | Real performance relative to the listed dedicated minimum |
| 8 GB system memory | Close heavy background apps and treat this as the minimum tier |
| Ultrawide or high-resolution display | Test a lower in-game resolution if performance is weak |
Minimum versus recommended
Minimum requirements describe the official floor, not a guaranteed frame rate at every setting. The recommended tier doubles memory to 16 GB and names a stronger NVIDIA GPU, but the store does not promise a particular resolution or FPS target.
If a laptop has both integrated and dedicated graphics, make sure Windows or the GPU control panel launches the game on the dedicated GPU. Do not change drivers or delete configuration files merely because your hardware name is not an exact match; compare capability first.
Meeting the recommended list is not a guarantee against every hitch, especially after a patch or in a demanding area. Falling below one line also does not let this site predict whether the game will refuse to start. The table is the official purchasing reference; measured performance on a particular PC requires a current test on that configuration.
Storage, display, and sound details
The official 2 GB storage figure is the available-space requirement shown on Steam at the verification date. Leave additional room for downloading, unpacking, shader or cache data, save files, and future updates. A drive with exactly 2 GB remaining can fail an update even when the installed game itself fits.
The minimum resolution is listed as 1280×768. On a small or unusual display, verify that Windows scaling does not hide buttons or place the game outside the visible area. For sound, the store requests a DirectSound-compatible card; normal Windows-compatible onboard audio will usually fit that description, but the listing is the authority rather than this interpretation.
DirectX 11 is required at both tiers. The presence of a newer DirectX version in Windows does not necessarily mean an old GPU supports every required feature. Use the GPU manufacturer's specification and current driver information when checking compatibility.
Do not use the old Demo requirements
The separate Alpha Demo listing used much older requirements, including 2 GB RAM and DirectX 9/OpenGL 4.1 language. Those figures describe the Demo, not the September 2026 full release. Use the table above for the purchased game.
Search engines can place the two Steam pages beside each other, which is why conflicting requirement tables appear. Confirm that the page title does not say Alpha Demo and that the app is the full release before comparing hardware. A computer that ran the Demo is not automatically confirmed for the final game.
If performance is poor
First confirm the game is using the dedicated graphics processor and that the display is connected to the intended GPU on a desktop. Close recording, browser, and overlay workloads for one clean test. Lower resolution and available graphics options one change at a time so the result is attributable.
Use official driver tools and ordinary Windows update paths. Avoid registry cleaners, random “FPS packs,” or deleting unknown game files. If a current-build problem persists on hardware that meets the listing, record the game version, exact CPU and GPU, memory amount, resolution, and the area where the issue occurs before contacting support.
More detailed low-FPS troubleshooting will be published only after launch-build steps are verified. Until then, use the conservative checks above and the official support channels linked from the site footer.
Before installing
- Leave more than the listed 2 GB free so Steam can download and unpack updates.
- Update Windows and your GPU driver through the hardware vendor's normal tools.
- Confirm the operating system is 64-bit.
- Use at least 1280×768 output resolution.
